Learn how to paint portraits
Thank you for visiting our website. We are Rogier Willems and Pieternel Linssen, founders of Studio Willems; an art school specialized in portraiture and figure painting in oils. Studio Willems originated from our love for portrait painting. Rogier as an inspired, professional artist and Pieternel as a passionate enthusiast. We love sharing our enthusiasm and knowledge with you. Not only through live courses in our studio, but also via our online offers you will find below.
Rogier is the artistic director, and in all classes, he shares his extensive knowledge built up during his career of over 35 years as a portrait and figure painter. Pieternel is the business director and handles everything behind the scenes, from editing the videos to managing communication.
We welcome you to be inspired by our online selection and wish you lots of painting fun in advance,
